Home Internet Overcharging
Hi....after securing a new home internet plan...we have noticed that charges made over the past few months have not been consistent to what we were told over our phone discussion. Our billing has been inconsistent, and we have now had our services disconnected, as we refuse to pay the outrageous outstanding balances owed.
