Just Moved In


if you can't service QC customers don't sell your products in QC. I have spent 2 hours dealing with your incompetent technical support to fix the home security system. Since you couldn't fix it, to get a technician I was being asked to pay for it. Then was transferred to loyalty to get that charge removed, then back to the technical service department to book an appointment. The last rep wanted me to spend another hour dealing with her and repeating all that was done to troubleshoot. How do you not have a log or notes on my account? Anyways the service is poor and really not worth the peace of mind. How do I cancel the service without speaking to one more rep? 



Hi @npur - if you do want to cancel you do have to call in but just to clarify you do not pay for a technician dispatch if the issues are with our equipment
