I called Telus today trying to cancel my home security plan. After waiting for 1hr hour and 10 minutes, I finally spoke to someone.
She's trying to tell me that I'm not the account holder. I've been with Telus for over 20 years and and i've added my son to my account approx. 10 years ago. She spoke to me in a robot-like form repeating "I need to speak to the account holder". I told her that I was the account holder, and she kept insisting that I wasn't.
Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said "it's the weekend... we'll try to find a supervisor for you. She never came back.
So now what?
