When I try to finish the install setup via the app or web browser, it confirms the address of service, then loads up an emergency contact and wants a verbal word to say.
No problem, I enter it, then I get "unexpected error occurred". Doesn't matter if I use the app or website.
Telus support via Twitter was useless, and I don't have time to call as we can't have phones at work. I literally work while they're open. I cannot finish the system setup. Someone just needs to clearly reset a value somewhere.
