I wanted to update my emergency cal list and payment methods for ADT. ( I am a custom home security customer which means i own all my equipment originally with Prices Alarms. Suddently i could not access my security information at all and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OPTIONS FOR TELUS SECURITY ON ANY OF THEIR WEBPAGES. After 7 hours over 2 days of being on hold and trying the INCORRECT phone numbers on the myadt website (very bad!) i finally got through. To find out that there is a serious back end bug introduced a few days ago and there is no solution yet and no specified time when it will be fixed. Pretty bad Telus. This is a security application with a serious failure. I am rethinking using telus custom home security. This is a pretty bad mistake. and a terrible customer experience.
