Hi does anyone know how you can escalate a complaint:
I am trying to get a camera installed. Initially, the representative who sold me the plan mentioned that most services were included. However, this has not been the case. Each time I speak with someone, the price keeps increasing. Two representatives quoted me an additional $4 or $7 to add the plan, but when I escalated to a manager, she quoted me a $30 increase with additional charges, even suggesting that I could leave Telus and find another service.
I am appalled that customer service team, instead of working to resolve this issue and owning up to the mistake, is making our lives harder. We just moved into a new house, and there are already many challenges. It is frustrating to spend a week going back and forth over this matter, only to be told that I can simply leave Telus.

Fibre optic for homes services. Since November 12! No services! Unreal!
After numerous agonizing calls nothing was fixed. Finally had a technician that came over, seems to be more knowledgeable than anyone else - looked at the installation, indicated her hands are tied as Telus needs to send someone up a pole to fix the fibre optic. Add insult to the injury, I received a Telus bill to pay for home services that I don’t have. Please escalate our request to get this resolved!
