Have you set up the recording rule for the camera to record when there is motion detected?

Yes, the Telus doorbell camera does record video even when the doorbell hasn’t been pressed. It’s designed to monitor motion within its detection range, so anytime it senses movement, it will start recording automatically. This feature allows you to capture footage of visitors or activity at your door, providing added security even if no one rings the bell.

To obtain the video footage:

  1. Open the Telus Home Security app .
  2. Navigate to the "Events" or "History" section where recordings are stored.
  3. Look for videos marked by motion detection or triggered by the doorbell being pressed.
  4. Select the video you’d like to view or download.

Thank you however I’ve searched and don’t see an Events or History.
