Can you have multiple Doorbell Cameras??

As part of the home security plan can you get two doorbell cameras installed? My new house has a doorbell on both the front and back doors.

There should be nothing to prevent more than one. Each will be assigned its own IP address and would show as two different recording streams.

Hey there, the recommendation is one doorbell camera. The main reason for this is due to the low voltage transformer used to power the doorbell camera may not be able to adequately supply proper voltage to more than one doorbell camera. This transformer, especially in older homes, is why sometimes we cannot even install one doorbell camera. By default these transformers are installed to support a basic doorbell system and mechanical chimes. Newer homes usually come with a slightly higher voltage transformer that works fine with a doorbell camera system but still may not have enough to properly support 2 cameras.
