My family has been with ADT security for 10 years. We were advised by the Telus Customer Service that our system was too old and was required to upgrade to Telus SmartHome Security, and we did several weeks ago. For the past years, most customer service that we spoke to were very nice, patient and could solve the problems efficiently. This is one of the reasons we would like to continue with Telus security. Until today, we spoke a customer service and her manager who were not helpful at all, and not willing to give any explanation on either specific questions or general questions on our account. Too frustrated with their attitude and the way they talked over the phone.
Other than calling again to make the complaint, is there any other way? Such as emailing or sending a complaint letter to Telus? The online escalation form will be temporarily unavailable from November 25 to December 2, 2024, but we do not want to wait till then.
