My stingray music channel disappeared recently. I had uploaded the app to my phone, used my Telus account to sign in and today I notice I am no longer subscribed and need to pay for the app on my phone. What happened here? I have a music video station for kids. I'm retired. Why delete channels and not notify us? I get junk mail every day and didn't learn my basic package was changed. Did anyone else loose Stingray music, not the video channel

I do not subscribe but 585 does work. Seems like you lost the subscription

Can you try to delete the app and re-download. This always helps with our 3rd party apps with TELUS log in credentials.
