Just had 4K Wireless installed… no access to PVR

LilysHouse
Just Moved In
Ok so this might be a stupid question but we had 4K wireless installed and all the boxes look identical. Which one is my PVR? We moved some boxes as we installed a new tv and now we don’t have access to the PVR recordings on any tv.

To determine which box is the PVR go to Menu>Settings>Systems information>System resources for each box and check to see if the Disk Status is Present (that will be the PVR).

Once you determine that you can follow these instructions to hopefully get everything working again:

It really shouldn’t have mattered that you moved some of the devices, you should still be able to access the recordings on the PVR. What errors are you seeing, and have you reset the devices by holding the power button for about 10 seconds?
