RokuTV with optik

I have a RokuTV and I just recently reconnected my optik box, however, the image on the screen isn’t full sized. It has black all around the edges. I have used the settings and adjusted the size and used the zoom option but it still isn’t full sized. I’m unsure of how to fix it. If someone could please help me!

How is the Optik box connected to the TV? HDMI? Other? Is it also directly connected to the TV and not running through any other device such as a receiver?

I would also suggest checking the aspect ratio settings on the TV itself.
