FX - I suddenly lost the channel - no longer a choice in my guide

Did this happen to anyone else? I was taping Fargo on a weekly basis and couldn’t find the January 2024 episodes. That is how I found out that the FX channel no longer exists in my guide (was channel 393). I called Telus and cannot get any info.

I'm still getting FX ( channel 396 in Vancouver ) on my Optik 4K box. If you didn't change theme packs then there's no real reason that you should have lost the channel. Are you still getting the rest of the channels in the Blockbusters theme pack - Adult Swim, Crime & Investigation, FXX and MovieTime ???? Try calling again and talking to a different CSR - somebody at Telus should be able to help.

That has happened to me too! No reduction on my bills either. Can’t get any information from Telus!
