I have been trying to change my Legacy You Pick 8, to You Pick 15. I figure that since it's showing as an option, I should be able to do it. I pick what I want, click Continue, and keep getting an error message. "Looks like something went wrong, please try again" If I can't change to this, why is it showing?

It could be profile-related but it's tough to know for sure as we wouldn't have any insight into your account on community. I think this may call for additional support.

Hi. Turns out it is on their side. I talked to an agent this morning and she was getting the same error message I was. She sent in a ticket for them to see what's wrong. Thanks

I had a similar issue when I attempted to make changes to my Optik TV package. It was a legacy package and Telus needed to make some change on their end before I was able to properly manage my Optik TV through the web or app.
Hopefully it will be sorted out shortly.
