hello! I have a question. I use Telus home internet and today I agreed to a mobile connection from Telus. at the moment I have a sim card from rogers and I will need to change the number. I received an email with instructions on how to do this and it says that Log in to My TELUS or register at If you are registering for the first time, you will need your TELUS account number xxxx3101 and the postal code for your billing address T5K2A3. but when i log into my telus account it says my account ends with ****3620. What I should to do? Create a new account? Or I can add a new account. (the postal code is OK) Thank you for your answer
