Hi,
I am trying to purchase the "Nationwide Talk, Text & Data 45 for 30 days" prepaid plan for my TELUS prepaid phone. When I use my VISA card and click the purchase button on the Submit screen, I get this error: "Sorry, this service is down at the moment." I also tried to purchase it yesterday using that card but it still gave that error. I searched for status updates on this issue but could not find any. Any idea what is happening?

What happens if you simply top up your account with a $50 top-up?
Then purchase the Nationwide Talk, Text & Data 45 from the cash held in your account?
