So I bought a prepaid telus phone a while ago and I havent topped up for a few months.
My account was obviously closed as it was over the 90 day period but now I cant seem to figure out how to reactivate my sim card and when I sign into my telus account theres nothing there to re-activate my account.
I just bought a phone card to top up my account and realized my sim card had been de-activated and I dont want my money to be wasted.
I cant call telus because i dont have a phone to call them with.
How can I re activate my telus account / sim card so i can have my phone again?

Once the 90 days passes, you need a new SIM, and to select a new number.
