Need Help ASAP
As the name implies I’m missing my online device trade in credit.
I upgraded my phone in December and traded in my old bia the online trade in program.
The phone was shipped , received , inspected and accepted at the full trade in value in Feb I believe.
I never received any credit since.
I’ve called in to customer service and first was told to wait at least 2 billing cycles after the phone was received.
So I waited 2 months and nothing.
I called back in and was informed that I was suppose to receive a pre paid Mastercard via email.
I checked my emails…including junk mail and nothing.
so I was told to email the trade in support team.
I did that and got an auto reply saying it could take up to 14 business days.
I waited and nothing.
so I called back in to the management escalation group and they told me to send another email.
I did that and waited and nothing.
I called back to the escalation team and was left a voicemail saying they were sorry about the inconvenience and took into it.
that was a week ago….and nothing.
what am I suppose to do now ??????
I ready to walk away from this company after 15-20 years.
