Can you link an account using telus twitter support or do you have to call.

If you're trying to link your mobility account and your home account (Optik, internet, phone), that is typically done online through My Account.

For anything else, it is probably best to contact Telus directly.

You can also link multiple Mobility accounts through the interface @Nighthawk mentioned.
