I wonder why I haven’t receive Tellus bill this January

Upon further looking, I don't seem to have a statement for January for both my home services or mobility. I checked both on the MyTelus app and the MyTelus website. Both only show December as the latest.
@TELUS_Support Any chance you could look into this? 🙂

My fault. I pointed out errors on mine so they recalled all invoices. 😁

We haven't heard of billing delays at all (other than some paper versions of course due to the postal strike). Have you received your bill yet?

@TELUS_Support - I did finally get the January bill but the normal notification email for home services never came. The SMS notification for the mobility bill did arrive though.
