A very confusing problem to do with log in and bill payment

My partner and I have a phone each with different numbers. Historically I have always paid the bills. He wanted to be able to log into the account. I applied to have him put on the account as a second which TELUS did for us. Now I can’t get in myself and he gets all the Billings and messages. I want to be the one who receives the bills

You will need to contact Telus to set you up as Prime on the account again.
