I attempt to log on to my account and get a 404 page not found error. I have attempted to log on using different browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) and get the same error. I tried to log in from my work computer and get the same error. This has been going on for 4 months now. I call the toll free number, and after waiting for the callback & speaking to someone I get logged in and once I log out, I'm not able to log in again. I'm getting very tired of wasting time calling Telus whenever I want to print my bill. I'm not impressed and the people I speak with don't seem to be able to fix the issue or explain why this keeps happening.

It was fixed briefly and now continues to be an issue. I'm not impressed and nobody seems able (or willing) to explain why this keeps happening.
