Last November(3 months ago), I got a Home internet.
And also I added the option of picTV for getting credit.
After that, my account has 150 points so the salesperson showed me that my credit was -$150.
But now, my contract doesn’t have any discount even in November and Telus is telling me that I have to pay all of that.
Why? Where is my credit? Is this a scam?
