My bill is missing online. It only shows me last month's bill which I already paid. I am signed up for pre-authorized payments and I need to know how much money to transfer to my bank account where the payments withdraw. I usually can see my bill on the 14th. I've been checking every day but it only shows me the previous bill. It also says my balance is $0.00 even though the next cycle is here. I tried chat - which also tells me my balance is $0.00. I tried calling - was unable to reach anyone. No response on Twitter yet. You are not making this easy, Telus!
Also, the bill amounts are not consistent because of all the credits they keep messing up. So I don't know what to expect for this upcoming bill. I've called Telus at least once a month for the last four months because of missing credits. It's been pretty terrible, especially during these times..
