Hi Lynne, Telus decided to take the points away from you in order to raise capital. There was one tiny notice in fine print at the bottom of the December paper statement regarding this, which Telus feels was more than enough warning. Many people don't even receive a paper statement anymore, they were persuaded by Telus to switch to electronic statements. Other customers have been receiving bill credits equal to the amount of points they lost, but in order to get the bill credit you need to call the customer service line and request a call back. Then keep on the line until you speak to someone who can credit all the points for you. Good Luck!
