Also, the bill amounts are not consistent because of all the credits they keep messing up. So I don't know what to expect for this upcoming bill. My bill is missing online. It only shows me last month's bill which I already paid. I am signed up for pre-authorized payments and I need to know how much money to transfer to my bank account where the payments withdraw. I usually can see my bill on the 14th. I've been checking every day but it only shows me the previous bill. It also says my balance is $0.00 even though the next cycle is here. I tried chat - which also tells me my balance is $0.00. I tried calling - was unable to reach anyone. No response on Twitter yet. You are not making this easy, Telus!3KViews0likes1Comment
