Hi Does anyone else having problems with the website not letting you change options in your services?
Every time I try it just leads me to a new service page, so I'll always have to use chat or call to change anything.

I had issues making changes and eventually had to work with Telus to sort this out. Apparently my plan was an older one and had to be updated before I could make changes through the website.
