Hello
Last May,2024 i bought an Apple Watch series 9 and it came with a 12 month Disney + promo , which is valid till next May 2025.
So , i just bought an Iphone 16 pro max on BLACK FRIDAY week , under a 2 year renewal plan , which came with a 24 month Disney+ but cant seen to take advantage of this promo , i tried to applied the promo on the telus website and nothing. tried cancelling my actual 12 month promo and nothing !!
i have contacted Disney+ and they cant do nothing about it !
if it was 3 or 6 month promo i wouldnt care much but is a 24 month that i should take advantage of it cause ive been loyal to TELUS for more than 10 YEARS!!
Any HELP!!
