Is There a valid telus email address which is actually monitored and will receive documentation of issues and actually reply to concerns in a timely fashion. I've been on the phone for hours, talked to employees and supervisors and was led to believe that these conversations were recorded and yet I am still getting requests that I have dealt with a month ago. There isn't an email - other then in Commercial. Which makes no sense because Rogers has an email for all customers. I'd try MyTELUS Support Request or Live Chat - I find requesting a call back is easier than calling in
