As some other prospects mentioned, I have an issue with registering to My Telus Web (though I am already a client) and I will post my issue here since the support page is not helpful.
After clicking on Register to My Telus and entering my email address:
So far, so good. After receiving the email and clicking on the registration link:
Now, after entering my postal code, I get this page (which looks weird and not completely functional):
- top of page
- bottom of page
I enter and confirm my password; I choose my security question and enter the answer; I submit and...
nothing. No confirmation emails. None.
Could you please check this on your end and let me know how I can access my account? It would be really helpful.

I don't understand your question. Do you want to know if I have already applied for a service or if I have access to my account online? (which is the issue mentioned in my first post...)
