In the past 4-5 months every since my initial contract with Telus expired and I have re-negotiated my new agreement. I had to reach out to telus every single month because they keep sending me a different bill amount other than the agreement. I have had so many adjustments and one last one in January with a new agreement.
I just received my Feb bill and guess what the amount does not match the agreement, there is a new charge as well for Telus easy payment which is a service I do not have or have opted for. How difficult is it to send someone the same monthly bill when there is no over charges required. The first 2 years were great no issues, received the same bill, I have not set up auto payments just because of this issues. This is simply annoying to call and wait for more than an hour to speak to someone to make the correction and do it all over again.

Update- Got a hold of an agent after an hour, he said the $5 on the bill are monthly charges for the camera they sent me. Which I was told was free with no extra charges/month it was all going to be within the $118.86 plus gst. That agent was unable to help me and transferred me to a next department for cancellations. I am over 1.5 hrs into the call and no resolution, this is just ridiculous.

Exact same thing happened to me when I renewed my 2year contract/agreement. Had to fight with them for the first 6 months because the billing was always higher than the agreement. Even when they told me that it will be x$ for the next month, it was never that amount and always higher. The last time I talked to them, they told me that they would give me an extra $5 off for the duration of the agreement (18 months). I checked the agreement after my next increased bill and they gave me the $5 off for only 6 months. Most unethical company I have ever dealt with.
