I have been having the same problem. I clink on my rewards link and no catalogue comes up. I have been trying for 2 weeks now and have called Telus several times regarding the issue to no avail. I have been told now to try again on Monday Feb 12th. I hope they have this resolved before then.

My Telus account shows my rewards balance but no links actually take me to the catalogue.I've tried logging in on Chrome, via the app, and links from emails. Nothing is working. Is the Rewards Catalogue down?
