My name is shivamkumar bhojani , in my business line there were 6 people , in july 2023 , one outside party made fraud in my line for $1400 , i reported more than 10 times to telus customer service , they have same replay we escalade your case and notify you …. Whenever i called them they just me put away to my real issue and divert to other insted of solution ….. … my telus users already left after worst services …..
But no one really intrested my issue and i need to pay fraud amount to $1400 but question is why ?
Still I did not claim anything but telus dont take seriously …. Just show me best path reach higher authorities … this is not good way to give a answer to the customer .. thank you . Very very disappointed … i will definetly go for legal if you not solv ma solution to
