I am a Telus internet customer and was trying to move my cell phones (3) to Telus only to run into an incomprehensible cluster. I was already logged into My Telus and placed the order online only to be asked to log in again during the order, which I did. At that point I realized that what I ordered was not exactly what I wanted (they name everything very similarly) so I went back and started again. In retrospect I realized I did not do the second log in during my order. I received a call from a Telus representative the next day asking for my ID and despite the fact I provided my account number for my existing Telus account and had already provided it for that account. At that point, my frustration level hit 10 and I cancelled the order.
Of course, like most companies these days, they do not have a customer service section anymore so I am venting here.
Boy do we need more cellular competition in Canada!

I have just spent the last two and half hours waiting for over an hour to speak with an agent and when I finally did, because I was not ready to go with the offer he gave to keep me paying for a service I no longer need as a result of tangible material changes - change of household and ownership. He hurriedly discharged me and failed to educate me accordingly on what to expect after services have been discontinued, even some pertinent questions around equipment return and which equipment is covered till date that I will be paying cancellation fees on. Honestly, Its a terrible experience with Telus
