I purchased a Telus prepaid, registered the account and logged in, I have a temporary telephone number. I dial 611 with my new telus sim installed, it forces me to deal with a virtual assistant, I asked for help to Port number in from my old carrier, the assistant tells me to call 1-855-251-2601 but that number is no longer in service directs me back to a virtual assistant number.
I can't find any place from my web account sitting to do the port, which would be Ideal if possible.

I tried to arrange port in old number to Telus prepaid from webportal or apps, but both are with some error code: [FailureReason [code=PV-413, description=numberPortItem.dslActionCode IS REQUIRED, field=numberPortItem.dslActionCode]] But there is no space for dslActionCode. How can I arrange port in ? Please help. Thanks!
