Stuck in a loop trying to port in, please help
I purchased a Telus prepaid, registered the account and logged in, I have a temporary telephone number. I dial 611 with my new telus sim installed, it forces me to deal with a virtual assistant, I asked for help to Port number in from my old carrier, the assistant tells me to call 1-855-251-2601 but that number is no longer in service directs me back to a virtual assistant number. I can't find any place from my web account sitting to do the port, which would be Ideal if possible.1.2KViews0likes4Comments
