Setting up subscriptions to Prime, Disney, etc.

Hello,

This is about my 10th time trying to get help with this subject. No one will help or answer, thus far. I started a new mobility subscription with the added on subscription plan with Prime, Disney, Telus movies and Netflix, I was able to set up Netflix but not the others on Dec. 5th. I’ve been trying to get the others going since then. When I click on the “Activate” button in the emails, it goes to another page and says “Sorry, your subscription list is not available at this time….” A few others posted this question but no help yet. What is the point of this forum, I wonder? Telus, I left you before and now I’m remembering why. You guys need to do much better. Fix this known issue please and help is needed.

Seems. noone posted a solution but I did figure this out myself and thought it might help someone. When I signed up for these, the Telus rep put a dot (.) in my email address and said it would not matter but these subscriptions had that email with the dot, not my regular email address, but it did matter. When I instead logged in with the (.) included, it worked. Not a great experience but figured it out myself.

Hey, not sure why I got this post in my in-box but I’m just a customer like you. Hope you find an answer. It’s frustrating, for sure.
