Something very strange is happening with my account. I got a message, supposedly from TELUS, advising me that my 100 airtime minutes have expired, but when I check on the MyTELUS app it shows that I haven’t used any minutes. Any thoughts on what might be going on? You are free to look into this further if you wish.

Are you sure the message was from Telus? Many bad actors are scamming people and it's possible this is what happened to you.
