The domain was created a week ago. The email makes it sound like they represent TELUS but at best they are a reseller. At worst it's an outright scam. If they really are in Ontario as the email and domain registration show then TELUS legal department could follow up.

The address at the bottom of the email is for a strip mall and there is a Telus dealer located there. I would hope that no one associated with that location would be dumb enough to send spam like this. I assume the spammers just randomly chose a location to look more legit, or they live in the area. The phone number has a Yukon / NWT / NU area code. It's not actually a toll free number.

The spam email has so many errors in it. Grammar, spelling, names, incorrect and missing technical details, etc.
