Just Moved In

Waiting since October 31, 2022 for a refund on my account when I discontinued my account with Telus due to a move and a switch to Bell Mobility. Spoke to 3 people directly and was reassured I would get my $145.01 credit due  but it would take awhile. In February 4, 2023 I mistakenly paid Telus Mobility of $84.05 and again I was told it was a refund. Now I am waiting for a credit of a total $229.06 in credit. Last time I spoke to customer service they said to speak to my bank because they credited my bank account. Never happened , still waiting. It has now been 5 months. Proceeding to better business bureau to settle.
