Looking to confirm if a promotional offer received from [email protected] is valid or not. 
Agent ID: TL-0906SW

It is a SCAM. That's not a Telus owned website and an individual sales person won't be emailing you directly. Legitimate Telus employees also won't be including their "Agent ID. The one that OP mentioned is not even close to what Telus employee IDs are.

I would not trust an email from mobility-telus.com. A whois lookup indicates that the domain is not registered to TELUS.

 

You can call TELUS at the number shown on the TELUS.COM web site, and give the agent you talk the to details of the offer and the agent id.
