I recently switched from Koodo to another provider this month, and two days later, I received calls from the number +1 778-757-3316. My phone flagged it as a scam alert, so I didn’t answer, but I now know it is a Telus number. I’ve heard that Telus sometimes offers win-back deals to former customers. I’m interested in learning about the offer. Is it possible to request a callback, or is there a way I can contact them directly?

The number isn't listed in our directory and the fact it's a local number raises some flags. I would not provide personal info to anyone on the other end of that call.

As for your Koodo service, I recommend posting on their support forum.
