Since there are a number of people receiving calls from this number which pretends to be Telus then why doesn't Telus' security or Telus technology block this number from their network?  Lots of investment into AI but there seems to be no serious attention by providers to prevent scammers from accessing Telus customers.  These call centres send multiple calls at a time so there should be a way to detect this and stop it (unless Telus is getting revenue from these scammers using their network).

if you google the number people say it is a scam number
