You did not indicate which retiree plan you were on. This may be applicable to your situation. Any retiree who joined the TWAR program prior to November 13, 2020 will still have access to their legacy plans. Similarly, any Community Ambassador who joined the program prior to November 13, 2020 will still have access to their legacy plan. However, these plans will no longer be available for rate plan changes or new activations, and the current device discount will no longer be available. This means that retirees can remain on the legacy plans, but if they choose to do so, they will no longer be eligible for device upgrades through financing effective November 13, 2020. The secure way to access your files off of your home network would be to use VPN client to access a VPN server that resides on your home network.
