I was on the phone during November with a telus representative and was told that they would match my fido family plan of 30 dollars a month for 4 phones while also adding unlimited data. I was also told they would give me extra credit to pay off 2 phones i have with fido but the bill is very much different. On my bill i am being charged 52 dollars per phone, a whole 22 dollars over what what was promised on the phone. Hopefully i could get a change to my plans.
