Anyone else facing an issue where every time you try to upgrade your phone, it leads to a this page is broken link?
It seems to be account-related as if I try browsing it without being logged in it works, but there's no email to address to reach out to Telus support and I don't have to time to call them during work.

I can navigate to the page if I'm not logged in , but once I try accessing while logged in, it keeps saying there's a technical error. So I'm guessing it's account specific.
I upgraded my phone a month ago without any issue and want to upgrade my wife's phone now.
