Our bill does not reflect the plan sold to us

We just switched from Rogers to Telus and now our Telus bill does not reflect the plan that was sold to us by sales rep who came to our home.  
which Telus number is best to call to get this corrected?

Your first bill will always be higher.  Activation and SIM cards feels as well as potentially a prorated first month of service are all possible things to expect.  You can reach out to Customer Care by calling 611 from your Telus line to get an explanation of the charges on your first bill.
