Family plans after death of account holder

If I'm on my moms family plans which I pay and she passes away, what happens to the plan? Does it transfer over in my name?

Hi @seanb - First we are sorry to hear about her passing. The normal process here would be to contact us with the death certificate and then open an account under your name and perform a transfer of ownership. We'll send you a private message for further help

How is an individual able to remove some services from a deceased individual's account??

Email is still required, however all other services need to be cancelled.
