I am located in Port Alberni BC. Has there been a change in towers, configuration or service of some type for the area? I have been a Telus mobility user for years and for the past several months I've noticed that my service signal across now 3 different Devices is significantly lower than previous years. I recently switched my daughter from Fido to Koodo and she notices a significant different in service quality with Koodo not being better. Is there plans for new towers to enter the area? Currently posting on wifi because I have 1 bar of LTE service. Not 5G either unfortunately....
