Decreasing service quality
I am located in Port Alberni BC. Has there been a change in towers, configuration or service of some type for the area? I have been a Telus mobility user for years and for the past several months I've noticed that my service signal across now 3 different Devices is significantly lower than previous years. I recently switched my daughter from Fido to Koodo and she notices a significant different in service quality with Koodo not being better. Is there plans for new towers to enter the area? Telus recently bought Vivint/ADT I am currently with Vivint and contract nearing end Anyone made the switch and able to use existing equipment? I've paid alot of money for several pieces of equipment Smoke/fire alarm, c02 detector, 5 door sensors, doorbell camera, 2 motion sensors, smart thermostat. Vivint installed an adapter to allow me to use my equipment with their system. Telus plans come with signicantly less amount of equipment and I'm not looking to purchase more items to keep the same amount of service. Hello, Yes I have tried to run in safe mode and still no VoLTE Only calls on 4G and always in LTE service. My VoLTE option/toggle button is completly gone and Note 20 Ultra definitely supports it.
